Central Iceland on F-Roads

 ***Secret Lagoon in town of Fludir has a Great campsite. So nice to sit around and relax in the warm water with noodles.  

*****Haifoss waterfall wow.  Hike down to the base of the falls. You will get wet from the mist. 2nd largest waterfall ALLTRAILS.  2.7 miles, 820 elevation. What a beautiful place.  My kids said five stars for sure.  6 waterfalls pouring into the valley.  

*****Landmannalaugar  - Geothermal hot tub, great camping. Cross one river. short loop. 3 miles. Crossing the rivers were an adventure.  Since we had long days we started a hike at 6:30.  Brats, peppers and onions on top of couscous was delicious.  The river was hot and cold.  Beautiful but not th1e hottest.
