June 2022

June was a busy month.  It was packed with campouts, girls camp, boys camp, trek, and some adventures with just our family.  Ang took me up the West Slabs of Olympus. I was super excited that we soloed it.  

Darren got in some bike rides with the kids.  He got to go on a campout with Tyler also. While Tyler and Ella were at Trek, Abby went fishing with Soren and his parents.  I also took her out to Blackridge Reservoir for a day of paddleboarding.  Movies with friends are great. I love hiking with friends.

While Ella and I were at girls camp Tyler got to go to High Adventure Camp with the Priests.  Moab.  Hummer tour, rafting, rappelling, temple, service, hiking... So grateful for good leaders.  

Abby- well, she got to stay with Darren..  She was lucky though with good friends who had fun things planned. 

Girl's Camp - St. George 2022

 Girls Camp was a rocking success.  We had a great time.  Lots of adventure time.  ( I slept in the closet so I would not wake up anyone with my snoring.)

yoga was great, tic toc dance was fun.  swimming, crafts, painting.

Hiking in the Narrows.  We all had the same shirts on so we could see each other easily.  We hiked all the way back to Big Springs.  It was so beautiful.   

Whistler 2022 Darren and ME!

Darren and I got a free place in Whistler so we jump on it.  We flew out on short notice and came home on Fathers Day.  We just enjoyed it all and loved every second!  Downhill biking at Whistler Blackcomb. Hiked around Alice Lake Campground.  We need to go back there and camp there. We had a yummy treat at Pure Bread. Hiked into Ghirabaldi Lake to see it frozen over.  Had some great food and on a layover - we walked the Las Vegas Strip.  I would do it again in a flash!
