We spend most of our free time working and worrying about the basement. After tiling one bathroom ourselves... and by ourselves... I mean mostly Darren... then we hired someone to do the other bathroom. Thank goodness. That was a good decision.
I pressure cooked A LOT of beans. Pinto, Black, White and my favorite... Black Eyed Peas. So easy and so cheap. and like I said... so easy!
Darrens hard work on the fireplace is very evident. The carpenter came in and started building the shelves and cupboards, but wait until all the color is added. It will be beautiful.

i would love to hear some of your favorite ways to eat your beans. i'm tinkering with the idea of getting a pressure cooker. is yours electric or not?
