Tyler's Eagle Scout Project

Amy's paragraph:
Tyler's Eagle project was combined with our ward humanitarian committee.  So it was big and had lots of help.  A flyer went out to tell people what we were looking for.  We got new, used, and somewhere in between.  We stored it, sorted it, and then got it to Copperview Elementary.  We expected to have to take some to the DI but only had a small amount of mostly broken items to take there.  It was humbling to see families in need and humbling to see our ward donate so much.   Tylers friend Hawkin did his eagle project at the same time.  Every family that came through got a box of food.  So much generosity and hard work.

Tylers Paragraph:
My eagle scout project was very cool and hard. We had 10 trailers and 5 truck loads of items in total. I was really cool to see all the refugees love every item even though some items weren't the best. There were many items at the school as well and they were all gone in 10 minutes. We also went to Kent Hutching's house to get money and his house was different . It was like a temple but in a house everything was so peaceful and quiet . It was very cool
