Bear Claw Poppi, Zen and Island in the Sky

Another fun ride with the Hamblin family.  Abby and I went to Bear Claw Poppi.  The rest of the group did Zen down to Bear Claw.  Great weather.  Abby and I finished early and drove to a fun local park where we ran into some of our favorite cousins.  The Rupp clan.  

We enjoyed the afternoon back in Snow Canyon.  We got to do the Island in the Sky.  We enjoyed the scramble and rappels.  We started later then we anticipated so we came off the hike in the dark.  Waking down Snow Canyon road in the dark was lovely.  

Wire Mesa with the Hamblin, St. George, Spring Break

 Our friends the Hamblin invited us to St George to ride.  We jumped on the chance.  Since Katie was going to be down there with her kids we ended up crashing at her sisters house and had her ride with us a bunch.  We had a great day at Wire Mesa.  Then spent the afternoon with them at their pool.  

St. George, Snow Canyon, Spring Break

 

Easter was a lovely day this year.  We listened to conference on our way to St. George.  We drove Darren new truck that fit us all.  We had so much space.  We stopped in Cedar City and had a lovely picnic lunch. Then drove on to Snow Canyon.  We first stopped in Jennys Canyon.  It was so nice and cool in there.  Then went on to Butterfly Canyon and the Lava Tubes.  It was nice and cool down in the Lava Tubes.  We got to join in the Goodrich (LaRiviere) Easter egg hunt.  It was a glow in the dark night time hunt.  The kids loved it.  

Ella's State Championship meet Level 7, 8, 8

I took lots of videos of Ella competing but not pictures!  Ella did really well on Double Mini.  She usually excels at her Floor routine but not as much this time.  I wish I was a better tumbling mom.  We were late for the completion and then I scheduled a trip to Costa Rica over Regionals.  She is a great kid though and doesn't complain.  

 

March 2021

March was a beautiful month.  We did lots of tumbling, biking and skiings.  We had some fun occasions to eat out.  I loved the dine around we did for Britanys birthday.  appetizers one place, a main course another and then dessert at another.  

Great memories are made with kids at the bus stop.  We have such a big group of kids there.  St Patricks day was great.  I am terrible at holidays so I am grateful for others who remember.  

Darren is always good to help tuck kids in every night.  I am not good at remembering to have my kids pray but my hear was happy when I saw this.  

Tyler got to go to Youth Conference.  I will wait another year for Ella to get to go.  

We enjoyed climbing with the Allens a few times while they had a pass.  

And... A great family dinner with cousins and grandparents.  We haven't had a gathering like this for over a year.  I was so happy to host and have everyone here.
