We wanted to go on some hikes but we knew they would be way more fun with cousins. It was a safe quarantined activity. We chose Grandeur Peak which was crazy hard for the first hike of the season because it was so steep. Abby almost made it to the top but had to turn around with shaky legs. Asher made it to the top but couldn't walk all the way down the mountain on his shaky legs. The last bit was so snowy and slick.
The next weekend we tried out Battle Creek Falls in Pleasant Grove. Steep again! The waterfall was pretty but we couldn't even stop to see it because there were too many people going there. So we hiked on to the meadow which was filled with construction equipment. :(
We love having a nice kitchen in the back and ate some great food after hikes. S'mores. Silly faces with Tyler and enjoying the outdoors.
Eric took Issac, Tyler and Miles up Lone Peak. They knew they wouldn't make it to the top but I think they had a fun day anyway.
