Ella's 25 Hours in Frog Hollow Bike Race

There aren't very many races that go 25 hours.  There are 12-hour races and 24 hour races but because of daylight savings time, this race is a 25-hour race.  Ella and her group of friends had a great time with this race.  The rest of my little family was hiking R2R with the Larrabees.  They got 2nd place in the all-night, all-fun race.

October 2023

 October- Tea party at Elle's house.  Abby got to make her own tea party hat.  Darren mowing his lawn.  It makes him happy.   It is his Grandpa Balls riding lawn mower.  Darren takes good care of things and they last for a long time.  Also a picture up Provo Canyon of the leaves.  The picture just can't do it justice.  Amazing YW president Catherine Horsley letting us come pick Dahlias for beautiful bouquets for those we minister to. Tyler invited Pat and Seth to come down for a football game where they honored any veterans.  

Halloween around here.  Abby was Cowgirl Barbie. There are so many girls Abby's age in our neighborhood.  I am so grateful.   Ella was a cool kid in the 90's with Laird for the Halloween Dance.  That was my time period!!!

Fall Break means State Champs in Southern Utah.  I love camping with my family.  All being in the same small space and being able to reach out and touch them.  We tried out some surfing with the Larkins.  Did the race one day. It was emotional.  Lots of tears for Tyler and his friends.  They have been together for so many years.    Then after the kids raced we did two canyons.  Taking the Allens down to Ghost Rider was fun.  My kids can show them how to do everything.  Boltergeist was big and Abby has to work through a big swing on the rope and then a 150+ foot rappel.
