American Fork Bike Ride in the Fall Leaves

 When it is amazingly beautiful it is hard to not take so many pictures.  Pictures never quite do it though!  But this Fall was amazing.  The colors were so vibrant.  So ... a nice bike ride with Ang and Katie.  It does my heart and soul good.

I didn't get to see this race.  Abby went to tumbling instead.  It was finally time to divide and conquer so Abby could do her own things.  They camped in Darrens truck.  Ella podiumed again.  So proud of both of them.  

Twin Peaks date with Darren

Darren and I have been trying to go on weekly dates.  I wish we would have started that sooner in our marriage but its tricky.  The date this week was to go on a hike and see how far we could get.  In my head this meant see how far we get... In Darrens head it was lets get to the top.  Beautiful steep hike.  It was a lovely time to spend together.  Getting down just as it got dark and grabbing dinner.  What a lovely day.  

 

September 2022

Some great hikes in September.  It was beyond lovely to not be working for Canyons School District.  I loved it.  Red Pine Lake, Ferguson Canyon, Hughes Canyon and waterfall was dreamy and misty, Mnt bike rides with friends in Corner Canyon, 

Tyler gets to drive to school now,  what a beautiful sunrise we had one morning. Tyler also got to go to Homecoming with Natalie L.  I loved their shoes and how grown up he is getting.  

Abby had some fun events in September.  Draper Cultural Days with friend Charlotte.  Crazy hair day at school.  Draper Dragon Dash- running a race.  Lots of tumbling and learning fast with Ellas helping her out. 

Icecream party with Grandpa.  Fun to play games and sit around and visit.  Tyler did a pretty good size bubble.  

Lots of bike riding.  Tyler had a 17th birthday in which his friends surprised him with a party.
