CCHS Mnt bike race- Cedar City

So proud of my kids for doing hard things.  Mnt biking is something they can do forever.  They train hard and work hard.  Darren is an amazing coach for them.  We got to camp next to Jeff and Julie Rupp which was fun.  24 hours of being outside.  Ella had a breathing problem which turned into a panic attack.  That was scary but turned out ok.  

 

Lake Powell 2022

 Lake Powell with the Larkins and Larrabees.  Its one of my favorite trips of all time.  Warm water, sleeping under the stars, sunshine, good friends, great food, kids playing with other kids, tubing, knee boarding, surfing, cliff jumping, glow stick dance parties, night surfing, diving contents,  dinners at night on the sand.  I couldn't be happier.

What a fun crazy packed month.  We really squished every second out of it before school started.  

Ella went to Oakcrest camp.  They had a great time even though they had to wear pants.  

We got some yard art from friends.  I love it!
