Ella's GRADUATION events!

And... she is done with High School.  Pretty cool to look back and remember when she was just a little girl.

Other graduation events...

Ella graduated with her "white coat" from the pre-med pathway.  so cool!  lots of hard classes! Tyler got it two years ago.  Lets see if Abby gets it in 5 years. Also getting recognized for being in the National Honor Society.

Ella is pretty busy this time of year.  Getting ready to graduate.  She competed at the Track State Championships at BYU.  She "no heighted" but gave it her all. Severe tendinitis  in both knees and a sprained ankle.... Ella finished the track season.  We now have a life size poster of her holding a pole from pole vaulting.

Mom Weekend- St George 2026

Day One-  Benson Creek, 1000 foot elevation gain, cool waterfall

Spry- Day 2. Big elevation gain, cool route finding, tried to avoide water and lost time there.  We should have just gotten wet, Loved the last rappel and the waterfall at the bottom.  Hitch hiked back to the car.

Day 3. Angels Landing with the first group. Some of us did Emerald Pools. Rebecca ran up to the top in an hour to meet the group.  Then we went to Yankee Doodle to get a quick rappel in before dark.

Sand Hollow paddle boarding Yoga with Amanda.  So fun and cool.  Then paddled out to the island to cliff jump.  Then angels landing with the second group.  No refrigerator canyon.  Always a good adventure with the car is packed full at the end of a good day.

VRG. Cool zipline, small via ferreta, a good hike and 11 rappels.

Angels Landing- Hurricane Rim

Ella was invited to the BYU invitational.  With a sprained ankle and tendinitis in her knees, she was only so optimistic.  Darren was there to support her and cheer her on.  She had two PR's at the last meet and one PR at this meet.
While Ella was competing, the rest of us hiked Angels Landing in Zion. It wasn't very busy, which made it so enjoyable.  Marshall wasn't going to come but did!  So exciting to see him at the top.  We did a great job bike ride the next day... Hurricane Rim. 21 miles.  Just keep pedaling, just keep pedaling.  Later, Nolan and Darren did a great ride as brothers while we played games together.
