Ring Ceremony

I cant express enough how every detail of this wedding was so thought out and perfect.  The ring ceremony was perfect.  Jordan’s family aren’t members of the church so Ranell made the ring ceremony be every thing they could wish for a wedding for their son.

Every pictures makes me smile.  Those kids felt so special!

They couldn’t bring the huge piano out on the deck of the Marsh. so Tyler used a keyboard which was still beautiful.

Even preparing for the Ring ceremony.  Ranell took time to make Ella and Abby feel so special.  Tyler was secretly jealous  Im sure!  Abby had talked for months about being a flower girl and throwing pedals.  She was so exited for the moment.  She still has her basket and treasures it.

Temple Wedding

Ranells photographer was magical.  It was such a special day.  And to see how much effort she made to make it special for my children was priceless.  All of these pictures bring back such happy memories.  My girls, especially Abby, loved Nellie so much.  Abby wouldn’t stop touching her dress and following her around.  Nellie had even coordinated babysitters for all the littles to stay in the waiting room in the temple so we could all attend the ceremony and not have to stay with kids.

Tyler wanted to look his very best and ironed his own shirt.  He is growing up! He loved his suit.  He has been asking for one for years.

Next to the temple is an LDS church.  The kind RS president had put together a lunch for us.  Ranell had a friend bring Rootbeer milk from Gosners to top of the lunch.

Dinner and Dance

I am so grateful Abby was 3 years old at this wedding/PARTY!!!  We made it through one long but extra fun day without any melt downs.  Dinner was beautiful.  Ranell and Jordan picked cheesecakes for our dessert.  7 or 8 different kinds of cheesecakes, then we got to wonder around to visit with people and try different cheese cakes.

After dinner the dancing started. wow.  Nolan and Corie’s boys stole the show.  They have moves!   My kids got to dance with Aunt Nellie.  And at the end of the night instead of throwing rice they had a “Ball” drop… since Nellie gets to drop the name Balls and take the name Werre.  Magical night.  for sure.

Pre Wedding fun!

After a few days in Wisconsin we drove to Minnesota.   It was a great 4 hours.  Beautiful country.  I love to travel.  I love taking my kids on adventures.  They had been amazing all summer running around on all my adventures.  We were thrilled to see cousins.  The hotel pool was a must!  (except for when I through Darren in … and he had his phone in his pocket). We had a lovely lunch at the park and the cousins just played!

It was a magical wedding.  Ranell was very thoughtful of all those who had traveled so it was more of family reunion and a wedding!  We had a wonderful night mini golfing in the most amazing place.  An artist made the putting green around his art work.  And around his farm and garden. We had a delicious dinner and smores in a secluded little tree nook.

Then we headed to the Marsh for the run through.  Beautiful setting and perfect for families.  Ranell wanted to make sure every niece and nephew played a special part.  She had been the best Aunt you could ask for… so involved in all our lives.  Tyler played a special piano piece.  Jackson recited a poem.  Jonah carried the train.  Ella and Abby were flower girls.  Marshal and Everett were the ring bearers.

It was Gods hand in our lives that allowed Darren to change is ticket for free so he could be there for Jordan to go through the temple.  This is one of my favorite pictures!  A proud Father right in the center!
