Missing Cat Album Release

Such a MAGICAL night.  Ang wrote music, produced and play the guitar, sang lyrics she wrote..... she made and album.  It was a night I wont forget.  It was in my backyard.  So many friends and people I love.  I wish I could see them all again.  She sang and we all danced.  Good fun, good food.  People I love.

June 2023

What a great summer.  It was off to an amazing June.  Hanging out on Sunday evenings.  Night Games.  Dessert on the lawn.  Homemade ice cream from Tyler.  Beautiful sunsets with friends and family.

I got some of my creative juices flowing by going to a curly specialist who helped me start learning how to do my hair. Another friend helped me hang a wreath and get some ribbons to make it pretty. I felt proud of both!

Abby is always being silly.  She fits in the dryer.  She made "breakfast in a box".  She is very creative.  And always bike rides in the beautiful places. Enjoying the snow at Deer Valley to cool off.   (one picture of me upside down playing lava monster.  oh brother!)

Squaw Peak Mnt BIke ride with the Girls

There were just too many beautiful pictures to not make this a post all on its own.  The flowers were just bursting open down low.  The snow was still on the peaks.  I pushed my bike up the 1000+ feet more than I rode it.  But man the down hill was fantastic.

Cinderella: A modern Makeover

Abby and some girls from the neighborhood got to be in a fun summer play.  Lots of fun practices and then a great performance.  She had friends and family there to cheer her on.

Girls Camp Heber Valley 2023

Girls Camp @ Heber Valley with our Stake.  I was called to be the Stake Camp Leader over the overnight hike.  It was a perfect calling for me.  I got to spend sometime with our girls in our ward and also at the Stake level.  I was in need of some quiet time and was able to take it.  We enjoyed High fitness with Stacie.  Ella did some zip lining and ax throwing.  The overnight hike was awesome.  We had over 90 leaders and girls go.  I loved helping to facilitate that first overnight camping trip for so many of them.  We had an incident with the port o potties which I will never forget.  The lake day hike was lovely but the rain came down as soon as we got on the lake.  The girls had a lip-sync contest and a dance party after.

While so many YW leaders were gone a good friend had countless girls over for countless play times.  So grateful to be part of a community that serves each other.

Tyler also went to Helaman Camp in Heber Valley with boys from our stake.  Then he went straight to Young Mens camp with our ward.  No pictures he says...
