Tyler had some fun activities with Young Mens and Young Women in February. He is definitely liking the change from just scouts. Rock climbing/Bouldering in Lehi with the Young Men. And the always favorite... ice skating with the girls!
A couple of my photos. My plant from Grandma Hatch's funeral. It blooms once a year and loves the sun. It is just reaching to the sun. My girls after ski team. loving a bubble bath. A Tyler sandwich that he loves. Ella shoving her foot in a box and walking around.
We had a fun long weekend in February. We had a million friends over. I loved staying at home and cooking. We shoveled mid morning... in which I forgot the bread dough was rising. The snow made for a fun weekend. Lots of snow clothes. The floor was covered in happy crumbs. I cooked forever... things like baked oatmeal, fresh bread, bottled black bean, blueberry muffins- which all resulted in a very full dishwasher in just a few hours. The girls put on a fun play. I love that it takes them hours of planning (which means happy play time) and then they can perform it. This time it had lighting and music.
In February we went to Classic Fun center with the Beus cousins. We had lots of free tickets so it was a good chance to use them. Ella did a few amazing flips into the pit. Abby got to go to the aquarium with Sophia. We also went to a fun open house at KPA preschool. Elsa and Anna were there. Abbys teacher gave her an honor roll certificate and wrote what a great kid she is. We love passing the dinosaur tree on our way to preschool.
Ski team isn't always skiing... sometimes we do a little playing too... not very often though~ we were so excited to have Darren and Abby come hang out with us for the day.
Ella had another tumbling competition. She did so well. I was so proud of her. Every time she gets better and learns so much.
Darren did some great hikes with Ang and Dan. I am glad he has good friends to go with.
Darren thought this was funny ... one night finding me in the pantry having a quite moment to my self with cereal. And Jason came in town so the kids got to skip school and go skiing with their uncles.
