December 2019

December was a great adventure.  Lots of skiing and organizing for the upcoming Maverick Ski season.  Abby lost a whole bunch of teeth and can't eat an apple!  She wanted to have a sleepover with me one night so we made her a cozy bead.  Our amazing friend Valree Dowland helped us learn how to make incredible gingerbread houses.  She made Hogwarts with her kids!

Ella didn't want to do ski team this year.  Just the school play and tumbling.  Tyler and Abby started skiing a lot in December!
Ella did her first piano recital.  Great fun to have two kids in lessons.... I just need a little more time and dedication to get Abby practicing more.  Tyler got to pay in the Honor Recital again.  He always does a great job.

I turned 40.  I spent the day with Darren which was lovely.  We skied and since I had done Xfit right before my legs were a bit shaky.  But it was awesome to spend the whole day with him since he took off of work.  Then we went downtown to get killer nachos at Red Iguana.  Over Christmas Break we took the kids all climbing with friend- Lauren.  Friends always seem to make things better right! Ella got some allergy testing done.  She is allergic to dogs and cats and a little bit to sage and horses.

Darren was able to get out on some Dawn Patrol mornings.  Its always amazing the views he gets.
