Tyler- scouts, school and bike rides

Tyler is so good at thinking of things differently then I do.  He likes modern homes, I dont.  He likes taking pictures different then I do.  I am so glad he is my son.  As 4th grade came to an end he came home with an award called Math-lete.  Sometimes he says he wishes he was more of an athlete, because piano and organ aren't cool.... but he is amazing just the way he is.  He is a great example to us in lots of way.  He is doing a bike race in the red jersey... and it makes Abby excited in the yellow jersey.

We had an awesome webelos scout campout in our backyard.  The boys had to set up tents and cook over a fire.  They played games and had a pancake breakfast in the morning.  And then all of them went home and crashed asleep because they had stayed awake all night.  (oh... and it had started to rain in the middle of the night so Amber and I ran around putting the rainflies on everyones tent!)

He keeps playing organ along with his piano. He plays postlude quite often and accompanied the primary program this fall on the organ.  Again... he is such an example to his sisters.  He doesn't complain ... he just practices... all the time.
